Workout of the Day
Spend 1-3 hours climbing and practicing balancing skills. Feel free to experiment with a variety of environments. Indoor climbing walls, rocks/boulders, trees, walls, buildings, play structures, chimneys, caves, mine shafts and tunnels, are just a few ideas. As always recognize your limits and don't get hurt. I don't accept responsibility if you do something stupid or injure yourself. Have fun.
