Workout of the Day

Gymnastic Strength:

10 Bridge kick-overs, alternating legs
2 Handstand holds, 30 seconds each
8 Front Lever Pulls, three sets
8 Presses to Handstand, three sets
1 Ring support, 60 seconds
10 Hanging leg lifts, 3 sets

Do each of the handstands and ring supports in as few attempts as possible striving to hold continuous for the allotted time. For the other exercises scale each to your capability.
